Caroline Dudley has done a nice write-up of the history and subsequent surveys of the Freshwater Fields development on the Isle of Wight built on the site of West Wight Middle School that was closed in 2011. It was interesting to see how low down the Swifts nested at the school, less than 4m as far as I can judge from one of the photos. You can read her report here...
