These beautiful and charismatic birds have declined across Hampshire and the UK by around 70% over the past 30 years. This decline has been caused entirely by loss of nest sites in our homes.
You can help stop and reverse this decline by taking simple steps such as:

help to protect Swift nest sites by contributing to the Hampshire Swift survey

add to the stock of nests sites by putting Swift boxes on your property
